Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are allowed on stock  items within 30 days of purchase with receipt. The items must not be worn, washed, personalized or damaged in order to receive a full refund. The refund will be issued in the same manner that the original payment was made. Cash refunds are given for cash sales only. 

Items eligible for return or exchange may be brought to the store during normal business hours.

Items eligible for return or exchange may also be shipped back to the store. 

If the item was incorrect or damaged, we will provide return shipping labels and postage.

If the item was shipped correctly and is non-damaged all return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer. When returning merchandise, please place your contact information in the package along with instructions on how you would like to proceed. For example, "exchange L for XL" or "return for refund".

You may use your carrier of choice. Please keep your tracking information. We are not responsible if your item is lost or damaged during transit back to us.

Additionally, if an exchange is needed, the return shipping must also be paid by the customer. When we receive the item, we will email you an invoice for the return shipping fee. Once paid, your exchange will be sent to you.

In other instances, shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Without receipt or after 30 days, exchanges or store credit may be allowed at our discretion.

All sales are final after 90 days.

All sales are final on custom, personalized orders. Please review custom orders carefully. Corrections made to work performed per the order form will incur a fee. 

Returns on custom orders for non personalized items may incur a restocking fee.

All sales are final on clearance items.
