  • Custom orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of order.
  • A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders of over $100. The balance is due upon completion.
  • Group orders require a single payment. This means that one person should collect all funds and submit a single credit card, chapter or company check for payment. Collection of payment from individuals negates the group discount. A custom order of 4 or more of the same item is considered a group.
  • Order will not be processed and materials will not be purchased until deposit is received.
  • Order will be shipped after full payment is received.
  • Allow at least 2 weeks from time of deposit receipt for custom orders or discounted orders.
