COVID-19 Reopening Plan

Q: Other storefronts in North Carolina are reopening. Why is the 3 Sisters storefront still closed?

A: Retail stores are now allowed to reopen with reduced capacity and social distancing. If you have visited our store, you know that our space is intimate. We feel that we would not be able to fully comply with distancing regulations at this time and do not want to compromise your safety or that of our staff.

 

We'd like to take a couple of weeks to see how things go as services such as salons open in our state. This is set to happen this weekend. If things go well, and we hope that they do, we will feel more comfortable with reopening.

 

Q: When will you resume curbside pickup for those of us who live locally?

A: We will resume curbside pickup after Memorial Day on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Pickup hours will be limited to between 10 am - 3 pm.

You can order online. Call when you arrive and someone will bring your order to your vehicle!

 

Q: When will you reopen the storefront?

A: The store will reopen on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. The total number of customers will be limited to 4 at one time (including children) and face coverings will be required per city ordinance. Please be prepared to wait in your car if the store is at capacity. Someone will notify you when you can enter.

 

Q: When will you resume your custom embroidery services?

A: Custom embroidery services will resume on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 on new items that we provide. We will still not accept items that you provide, however. There are still safety concerns with our staff.

 

Q: When will you resume merchandise returns and exchanges?

A: On Tuesday, June 2, 2020, we will again accept returns and exchanges of merchandise. Please keep in mind that clearance items, custom items, personalized items or anything purchased during our Winter Sale using code WIN2020 is a final sale item and is not eligible for return or exchange. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago and you were unable to return or exchange it due to the COVID closure, we will extend your return period to July 31, 2020.

 

Q: After you reopen, will you continue to offer free shipping for online purchases over $95?

A: Yes! We feel that our customers who are not local are appreciative of this added discount. Therefore, we plan to continue it!
